At JellyCoUSA LLC, we're committed to getting your direct-to-consumer (D2C) personal care products (like moisturizers and other face cosmetics) and branded merchandise (such as stickers, apparel and accessories) to you quickly, safely, and affordably. As a small startup, we prioritize reliable shipping while keeping costs sustainable to maintain our focus on quality and innovation. This policy covers all orders placed through our website (www.jellycousa.com or applicable domain). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update this policy at any time; changes will be posted here.
Order Processing
- Timeline: We process and ship orders within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation, though processing delays may occur due to unexpected circumstances. During peak times (e.g., holidays or promotions), this may extend to 7-10 business days.
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email once your order ships, including tracking details (where applicable).
Shipping Methods and Costs
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS®, and FedEx for secure delivery. UPS is our preferred carrier. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We currently offer:

Free Shipping Threshold
· We offer free UPS® Ground shipping to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico of $1 or more (after discounts, excluding taxes).
Sticker-Only Orders Shipping
- Sticker-only orders up to 0.125 lbs. ship free via stamped envelope.
- These shipments do not include tracking.
- Orders exceeding 0.125 lbs. (e.g., bulk sticker purchases) will default to standard shipping rates.
- Stickers purchases alongside cosmetics and other merchandise ship with tracking as usual in the same box.
Hazmat Restrictions
· Some cosmetics (e.g., aerosols, fragrances, or alcohol-based products) are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation. These must ship via ground methods only—no expedited or air options—and may take longer (up to 8 business days). We comply with all regulations to ensure safety.
Merchandise
· Branded items like apparel ship via standard methods without hazmat restrictions, unless bundled with cosmetics.
Tracking Your Order
- Every shipment except sticker-only orders includes a tracking number sent via email.
- Sticker-only orders ship via stamped envelope and cannot be tracked.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken or shattered cosmetics), email info@jellycousa.com with photos, order number, and details within 5 business days of delivery. We'll issue a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact the shipping carrier to open a claim. We are not responsible for lost items after dropping them with our shipping carriers.
- Incorrect Delivery/Stolen Packages: If tracking states your package has been delivered but you do not have it, we recommend asking neighbors or looking in your area to see if it was misplaced as well as ensuring the address was correct on the order. Otherwise, if you believe it was delivered to the wrong address, please contact the shipping carrier to open a claim. If you believe it was stolen, please contact the police to open a claim. We are not responsible for misdelivered or stolen items after dropping them with our shipping carriers.
- Delays: While we aim for on-time delivery, factors like weather, carrier issues, or customs aren't in our control. We are not liable for delays beyond processing.
- Sticker-Only Orders: Since sticker-only shipments do not include tracking, we cannot guarantee delivery confirmation. If your sticker order does not arrive within 14 business days, please reach out and we’ll work with you on a resolution.
- We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We appreciate your patience and honesty. These policies help us avoid unnecessary losses while prioritizing your satisfaction.
International Shipping
- We currently do not ship internationally. Please reach out to us at info@jellycousa.com if you would like to request JellyCoUSA products outside the U.S.
Additional Notes
- Incorrect shipping address: If you have placed an order and realized you input the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement. We aim to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently and will be unable to accommodate any address changes after this timeframe.
- Multiple Addresses: We ship to one address per order. For gifts or splits, place separate orders.
- PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Supported via USPS only; hazmat items may not qualify.
- Undeliverable Orders (incorrect address or refusal): If returned due to refusal, we are unable to offer any refunds. If the original order address was accidentally incorrect, please contact us. Once we receive the undeliverable product back, we can reship your item(s) though customer would be responsible for repeat shipping costs. If we do not receive the item(s) back we will be unable to process any refund or resending of items.
